 DW WiFi have a number of highly valued customers who recognise that wireless technology is not their core business and choose not to gain the necessary expertise as they appreciate that it is born out of spending years working with the technology. Our partner customers have commented that DW WiFi offer a professional approach that they can rely on and trust. The relationship works because DW WiFi does not compete in any way with any of its partner customers and can also represent its partner at their customer sites as their engineers. We offer a service tailored to the individual needs of our partners and as such are happy to respect confidentialities when representing them and will happily sign any non-disclosure agreement to this effect.
We offer a bespoke service and can, on request, amend our deliverable documentation to contain wording, company logos etc that are specific to our customer at no additional cost. We also offer our consultancy skills free of charge and on occassions can accompany our partners at their customer sites.
DW WiFi welcomes partner companies who don't specialise in the skills necessary to deploy WiFi solutions. In circumstances where companies require a wireless network to be deployed at their customer site as part of their software solution DW WiFi has the necessary expertise to assist. This strategy works extremely well in that DW WiFi can represent its partner company at their customer site. All deliverable documentation can be tailored to the partner's requirements and carry their company logos.
The input DW WiFi provides is entirely the decision of the partner company. Each service detailed below is entirely optional. Some partner customers have the necessary skills to configure and commission wireless networks and simply require DW WiFi to undertake the initial site survey. Others partner companies like to focus on their core business and prefer to outsource the wireless network element in total to DW WiFi.
We have many years experience of wireless technology and have worked with numerous partners who work in various markets and hence DW WiFi has experience of deploying wireless networks into challenging environments. Over the years WiFi access products have been developed to enable installation of WiFi equipment into outdoor environments and blast chillers.
